By checking the box to agree to this Agreement or by actually using the Funbox Platform and its related services, you indicate that you have fully read and accepted all the contents of this Agreement. This Agreement is thereby established and becomes effective between you and the Operator (as defined below).
To provide better services or due to changes in national laws and regulations, policy adjustments, technical conditions, product functions, etc., we may revise this Agreement. For significant changes, we will notify you through prominent notifications within the Platform or via push messages, among other methods. If you continue to use our services after the Agreement content is updated, it indicates that you have accepted the updated Agreement.
This Agreement is jointly concluded by you and Krayt Technologies Limited Liability Company. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Operator").
We provide you with internet services, including but not limited to browsing information and publishing content. Specific services are subject to those actually provided by the Platform.
To enhance user experience, we may provide software updates from time to time. If updates involve significant functional changes, we will inform you through appropriate means (such as system prompts or announcements) whenever possible. You may choose whether to update, but some older versions may not support all functions normally.
You understand that using this service requires you to prepare your own terminal equipment and bear the associated costs (such as data charges, internet fees).
You can register on this Platform or log in via authorization from a third-party account recognized by us. Information submitted during registration must be truthful, accurate, complete, and promptly updated.
Your account is for your personal use only. You are prohibited from permitting others to use it in any form without our prior written consent. If we suspect your account is being used by others, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate service provision.
You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account and password and are legally liable for all activities under your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
You may apply to deactivate your account according to the procedures published on the Platform. After deactivation, we will handle your personal information in accordance with legal requirements; data such as virtual currency and points within the account cannot be recovered.
We will strictly adhere to the Funbox Privacy Policy and relevant laws and regulations for collecting, using, storing, and protecting your personal information.
Our collection of personal information follows the "minimum necessity" principle, solely for the purpose of providing services to you and improving your user experience.
If we intend to use your personal information for purposes not stated in this Agreement or provide it to non-affiliated third parties, we will separately obtain your explicit consent through prominent methods such as pop-up windows or page prompts.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information and may exercise these rights via the methods specified in the *Privacy Policy*.
You promise not to use this service to engage in any activities that violate laws and regulations or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of us or others, including but not limited to:
Content you upload or publish must comply with laws and regulations and respect public order and good morals. You are solely responsible for such content and warrant that it does not infringe upon any third party's legitimate rights and interests. If your content causes us to suffer losses, you shall compensate us accordingly.
Intellectual property rights in the software, technology, trademarks, layout designs, etc., provided by our Platform belong to us or our licensors.
You retain the rights to content you upload or publish on this Platform. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display your content, and provide technical services.
We will endeavor to ensure the stability and security of the services, but the services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:
Unless due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any indirect losses under any circumstances. Our total liability for direct losses shall be limited to the fees you have paid for this service.
We attach great importance to the protection of minors. If you are a minor, please read this Agreement under the guidance of your legal guardian and use this service only after obtaining their consent. We encourage guardians to provide usage guidance to minors.
In accordance with national policies, we implement technical measures to prevent minors from becoming addicted to the internet.
The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the competent people's court in the location of the defendant's domicile for litigation.
If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
